Sager 5680 BlueScreen & Now Dead

We've had a 5680 for 2.5 years now. Been a good machine up to this point when it bluescreened. It was bluescreening and finally I just replaced the hard drive (installed brand new HDD), put Win Pro OS on it ... got drivers installed - thought all was going smoothly. Laptop would stay up for a few minutes maybe up to about 10-20 minutes and then bluescreen again.

I RMA'd it to Sager in late June or early July ...
They put their own hard drive in it ... they say no problems.
They reinstalled Win OS on my hard drive ... they say no problems.
They ship it back to me with a charge on my credit card - but no other communication saying they did or did not do anything - nothing.

So, receive it yesterday and on first boot - BlueScreen.
Power it up again ... got it working. Then, it would die just playing Solitaire (again, no other APPS other than Win OS and drivers has been installed).

Finally, last night - blue screened again and now black screen ... It will post up and I can see BIOS and get in it. But, trying to boot into Windows - nothing.

I am going to try booting off my previous HDD and booting off a Windows CD to see what happens but thought I would post to see if anyone else has any ideas.

My thinking is it's the MOBO or Video Card or both.

Anyone know if I can buy a mobo from Sager? How much? Etc?

TIA.

please list the blue screen information if you want help diagnosing a problem like this

All blue screens will give you a STOP code, and some will tell you the error occured in xxx module...
