Now I understand the frustration!

Alienwares website has said im in phase 8 since last friday and they told me over phone I should have it by this fri or monday.So i call today and they tell me i just went into phase 8.Now where looking at end of next week or following week.This sucks because im leaving next fri. for a trip and was hoping to take it with me.I would respect them more if they were just honest from start.I asked for faster shipping and they told me no,and i even offered to pay.Customer service is dissapointing.Laptop bettar be worth the aggrivation.

You just gotta be patient man, it will be way worth it. What specs did you get?

Don't feel bad. It makes 2 weeks tomorrow since I ordered mine. Today I just went into phase 3!

Be patient... Ive had to be so far! LOL! But amazingly, the girl from billing said she would call me back after the woman in charge got out of her meeting, this morning she actually called me and got it all straightened out! I was shocked lol.

Anywho, I understand as well and Im sure that the further I progress the more frustration I will experiance lol.

And just think, when you get to about phase 5 or so they could recall your system because something is broken

Yup imagine this. You order the m9700, A month and a half later it enter phase 5, then phase 6, phase 7, finally phase 8.. (almost ready to ship!!!) Then they find out that something was wrong BAM! phase 5 again.

That is what happened to me. I was probably going to be one of the first people to recieve the m9700 on this forum. BUT I have mine now ^__^

Which is all that matters, man I almost wish my budget was 300 bucks more, I only had a 2200 dollar budget, with 2500 i couldve gotten the ML44 and then just bought the second GFX card and more RAM later AND cheaper. Why did I have to be born an Intel fanboy, why!?
