It's one of those, you either get it or you don'ts.
Does this new case have the same side fan? I haven't been able to find a picture of the side door yet. I think AW did a good job with this case. I like the improvments in both design and bling. I just wonder if, because it's roughly 3 inches shorter, will it have lost that wow factor that always follows when someone sees it for the first time. I'm only half making a joke here when I say "size does matter" and I wonder if smaller will equal stronger sales? We'll see..... I do think this case is pretty cool though and better build from what I can tell so far.

looking at it, i doubt anyone will notice the 3 inches shorter. people say "wow that thing is huge!" and now maybe their first reaction will be "wow that thing is sweet looking! and huge!"

the design improvements, particularly the power button/alienhead and headphone jack in front are huge, huuuuge improvements. and for the size, unless you are getting a rather expensive rig there is a lot of empty space in there. overall i think it is awesome and now i have to make enough money to buy a new one

edit: so we are clear, i meant there is a lot of empty space in the larger predator cases.

i can totally tell the 3"s shorts, thats one of the main reasons i dont like it. I love the old cases because there hude and just right.

I just went to the site and was like "whoa...that is sextacular". It's very nice and agressive looking, I think it's awesome personally. Makes me want one over a laptop but a laptop will be more versitile I think.

sure laptops are better for carrying around, but nothing beats the desktop for the price/performance ratio. either way, you should have both

Where on this new case is the floppy slot? Also, it lost a drive bay in the new design. It went from having 4 (predator) to 3 (p2). I hope they added a removible mother board tray too. I like black but, the other colors NOW look kind of kiddie.

Here's a shot of the side panel. You can see that there's no more wire going to the mother board to unplug every time you open it up! I like that! It's powered by two chips that, when match up (or touch), the fan/lights are powered on!
