how do i monitor cpu, HD temps?

i was wondering what program would show me my cpu, HD, and maby even GPU (coolbits doesn't work for an M90). i searched for this and couldn't find it, sorry, thnx.

At the site it says i8kfanGUI won't work with core duo dells.

It does work with m1210. I have it installed in my m1210 to monitor the temperatures.

use notebook hardware control (google)

can monitor cpu and hdd temp, smart status, voltage, change power settings etc. etc.

??? Look at here: http://www.diefer.de/i8kfan/index.html It sais it'll work completely with your m90. It's a very nice Programm although I use it only to monitor and not for controlling my fans. And btw it works with my i6400 with a T2300 (Dual Core)
