After he went on and on about it and placed the order, I was told that the part is on BACKORDER! WTF???
Bottom line, I would appreciate being told the correct place to contact, the reps getting to the point and AW making sure they have enough in stock to correct the previous orders.
I got my system on Aug. 2nd and still can't use the tuner....
I got my system last Friday and the adapter wasn't included so they don't have them yet. They're having them made just for the system so I guess it takes a little time.
I was told they'd be included with future systems with the tv tuner, and that they've ordered enough that everyone that already has the m9700 with the tuner will receive one. Not sure yet if they'll be shipping them automatically to affected customers or if we'll have to contact them to get one sent.
As soon as I know I'll post the info here.
