Can the Asus W3J be upgraded to the Merom processor? I saw another thread about a BIOS update being relesased for the S96J...but what about the W3J. Will there be a BIOS update for that? Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

So I just got a Lenovo Yoga 13. This is my review. As what I primarily do is writing and programming, having a good keyboard is critical for me, which is why a tablet alone can’t work for me, and...

Yes it can be upgrade to Meorm when new BIOS is available, however, you won't be able to upgrade yourself since Asus put a sticker on the CPU says "Warranty Void if removed or broken".

If you don't mind void the warranty then yes, you can upgrade yourself, and if you purchase your own CPU then there will be no reason for Asus to replace it for you, new BIOS will be available sometimes in the future, since it's a Ensemble laptop so don't expect anytime sooner than barebone laptops.
