W3j Dvd Playback Spikes

hey just recently got my w3j yay!! i'm having problems with dvd playback using VLC. it would usually spike/shuttering (seeing lines across the screen) here and there. its really annoying and i tried changing profiles but its still there. do you think its the graphic card? or maybe i need new drivers?

ok i tried reinstalling drivers, new programm (media player classic and windvd pro 7) still doesn't work!!!

Are there any other heavy-CPU using programs running at the same time? DVD playback will stutter for me if I'm running diskeeper defragmentation or doing a virus scan, etc. You may just need to check in Task Manager and shut off some programs.

nope, i tested it on a system restart with only wireless and antivir running
