Nvidia Intel 590 SLI Chipset?

Nvidia is going to release an Intel 590 SLI chipset for Conroe...... I was looking at the specs for the chipset, and I discovered that it only supports native 667mhz memory. The 590 SLI chipset for AM2 supports native 800mhz memory, so why not the Intel chipset? Is there something I am missing? Thanks.
