Smart Dudes, Solutions pls, Back Pain from computing - Page 3

Want to second the individuals that mentioned try to do some back strengthening exercises. I cracked 5 of my lower vertabra on a bad jump (I am in the army and landed on my rucksack on a parachute jump. Hey it was 2 am and dark :-) ) After they healed after sitting at the computer for about an hour I would have massive cramps and pain. I started working on lower back muscle exercises along with Ab and Oblique exerices. Now I can go hours without that much of an issue.

They don't take up that much time if you do a few every day. Google lower back excerices. Men's Health and Askmen.com have some good beginner lower back exercises.

how about you hook up your laptop to a tv or huge screen in your room and get a wireless keyboard and mouse. that is the problem with all of those lappy stands, no place for a mouse.

Yea that would work too, but the huge screen will cost 5 times more than a laptop stand, no mouse is ok as long as no gaming..
