Phase 14 - UK Order

Hello,

Now at Phase 14, so I phoned up Alienware to find out what my tracking number was. I was told that I would be telephoned after 6pm and they would let me know the tracking number then.

Does anyone know if they will ship out an order before contacting you to tell you the tracking number, or do they wait until they have spoken to you before they ship it ?

Actually, was anyone emailed their DHL tracking number or did Alienware phone you ?

I was emailed my tracking number, about 18 hours after I went to phase 14. (The way I *think* it works is: you get to phase 14, the web page gets updated, then when DHL actually collect your box, they email and phone you to tell you it's on the way.) But I could be wrong.

The thing is that i dont think that they have the tracking number maybee until dhl picks it up...
