Seeing that the world wide developers conference is comming up, I was wondering if just for fun if you would like to speculate on what we might see there.

-For sure we should see OS 10.5 in action (think I read that somewhere)

-maybe a new upgrade to an ipod

What do you guys think?

yeah they seem to always spend time on that, most of the time when watching it on quicktime I skip that part

Probably will see the new PowerMac w/intel, so they'll probably have a new name. We might see some new cinema displays, maybe w/camera's. I've also been hearing a lot about new processors, so maybe they'll introduce the new processors in the notebook lineup.

There is so much they could do, but apple never shows off everything all at once.

The only thing for sure is OS 10.5 in action.

The new PowerMac aka Mac Pros should be out and thats what steve will be testing 10.5 on and making it look like the 2nd comming of christ.

After that everything is really up in the air, they could update there whole line to merom but most likely it will just be the mbp and possibly the imac.

Then they still got the new ipods, new displays with isight, iphone, the 11" subnotebook which I highly highly doubt, the list goes on and on, but either way, next monday should be interesting!

Good chance the Mac Pro will be unveiled

I doubt you'll see cinema displays with isight built in. Maybe... but, a lot of times, dual monitors are set up so having isight in each one of them would be pointless.

I'm speculating that you'll see some new product announced that no one saw coming.

hi guys, i'm from Singapore and there is no way for me to travel all the way to San Fran. for thw WWDC although i would really want to.

Is there any where i can get the fastest and most updated news about WWDC like on the day itself ?

Would love video streamings like Youtube.
It's always cool to watch Steve Jobs in action.

actually apple.com should have a streamable version of the even that you should be able to watch. Even if you can't stream it while the event is taking place you can watch it like an hour or so after it's done from the quicktime site.

All the big tech sites have things on it or links to places that do. Engadget will have big thing on it updated in real time and then apple will have it on there site after the event.

i would say a good chance of new video ipods

i read somewhere that they have Nvidia lined up for new ipod components

maybe a Wow playing ipod lol

here are my guesses:

ipod video (dedicated pmp unit)

macbook pro 12" or 13" unit; all other macbook pros with new core duo 2 processor with teh same price point

macbooks will NOT get the core duo 2 processor so they seem like the budget end, but a price drop might happen

just my 2 cents...

i think that Jobs will bring out an 8gb Nano. There will be alot of 10.5 coverage and also maybe they will update their servers?

I'm really thinking that there is going to be a new ipod. FutureShop has ipods on sale here, and ipods have never been on sale before. I guess I'll see in a few hours.

would really want a new ipod. god bless the person who asked me not to purchase any apple product before WWDC. Was this close to getting a lappy and ipod.
