i dont know to say about that.. maybe this is way dell uses "xps is on fire"

Dell is replacing everything that was damaged by the exploding battery. I wonder if it was a Dell battery or an aftermarket battery.

In this case the hard drive survived and the user had almost no downtime. Very lucky.

well its assuring to know the batteries are placed well away from the harddrive in updated model to prevent loss of data. This has got to be like the 20th exploding device relating to batteries maybe this is how the matrix takes over!?
