Is what Belarc gives me

Mine shows the same as well. There are also 4 entries for Default Monitor in the device manager as well. Why is it showing up 4 times? Should there be a different driver being used?

Here's my monitor details using powerstrip. Using sisoftsandra Pro Home 2007 This is what I got. However, in my dell support page, under my system and peripherals. This is what i got. DF056 LCD,15.4WXGA,VESA,GWVA,SMSNG - Samsung? My powerstrip recovers data from the EDID.

Extended display identification data (EDID) is a data structure provided by a computer display to describe its capabilities to a graphics card. It is what enables a modern personal computer to know what kind of monitor is connected. EDID is defined by a standard published by the Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA). The EDID includes manufacturer name, product type, phosphor or filter type, timings supported by the display, display size, luminance data and (for digital displays only) pixel mapping data.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extende...ification_data Should I follow the hardware id or what Dell tells me?
