Sits in my laptop bag unused. Maximum of 40 hours use in the year Ive had it, purchased on eBay brand new from a 3rd party over one year ago. Business travel gaming never took off for me. Warranty expired around Christmas of 05, never had to call Dell for any issues.

--"Taking reasonable offers on" Remnants of my XPS Gen 3 Desktop previous forsale that "Im taking offers on"--

CPU: Extremely Rare "Intel Pentium 4 EE 3.4 Ghz" "2MB L3 Cache" "EE-Extreme Edition" Model. Cache:L3: 2MB, L2: 512KB, L1: 8KB. 100% Working order.

The Heatsink is massive and almost identical to Thermaltake CL-P0024 but with aluminum fins and copper pipes/base. Snaps into the motherboard below without tension brackets or screws.

Motherboard: Intel 875X Motherboard - Non SLI/Crossfire (PCI-e x16/4 SATA. 100% Working order with most recent BIOS installed.

All three of these pieces were part of the original setup and work 100%. Id love to sell them altogether, Id throw the mobo and heatsink in with the processor if I receive a reasonable offer for the CPU, feel free to offer whatever your willing before I eBay it.

I dont have the best hearing but its silent as far as Im concerned, computer noise all depends on the room temperature though (my window air conditioning unit is set to 75F 10 feet away and it was never used on my lap).
The palm placement is slightly warm as in all laptops after a couple hours use but nothing to be worried about, concerned individuals can set the gfx card fan to constantly run if they're worried. The speedstep technology pretty much eliminates cpu overheating, it never ran at the actual 2.13Ghz frequency with any applications or games which says alot about centrino efficiency and headroom.
I have 4 offers for local pickup, the S/H is off the table at this point in time so please do not ask or offer. If your'e interested in local pickup at any Massachusetts state border please PM me.
Ill add asking prices on the other hardware later today based on the offers already received, Ill be comitting to a Laptop deal by tonight.

No thanks, thats a downgrade for gaming purposes. A laptop local pickup deal is in the works. Ill add pricing to the XPS Gen 3 desktop shortly.

XPS Gen 3 Desktop - FS Update

Updated the XPS Gen 3 desktop with a price. LF local pickup preferred, willing to hear trade/cash offers for the unit. If any of the components are seperated from the desktop they will lose their warranty. I will throw in a few games of your choice listed at the bottom of the primary FS thread above at no extra cost. With 2.5 years remaining on the warranty each and every item in the XPS Gen 3 case is comparable to their retail priced counterparts. With this deal they COST less then half of the "new" retail pricing but retain comparable if not identical warranties with one establishment for the whole load (Dell).

Id like to thank DCNV for wasting two weeks of my time/cell minutes. After agreeing to meet him at the spur of the moment to travel 125 miles to complete the laptop transaction he then canceled at 11PM the night before(dunno which part is more rude). Soon after he then went MIA altogether and kept me guessing, again thankyou DCNV.
