Program to edit mp3 file names?

I need a program to mass edit Mp3 file names. I need the program to make all my mp3 file names the same format with each other like:

artist - album - track # - song title.mp3

What program out there can do this for me? I know musicmatch can.. but I am looking for something else. Anyone know of any?

Hmmm...I just use Windows Media Player...
It automatically monitors folders defined by you. For all songs in that folder it checks the AMG database and assigns them names and ID tags containing all the information. You can set the format for the file names. It would be easy to get the format you want. Additionally, WMP can move the files to sub-folders according to the criteria you choose.

WMP is suprisingly the best media player I have tried. (I have tried a lot, commercial and free source alike). Once you disable content-protection and id-sending in the player its not so bad.

I know that there are probably players with some functionality that WMP doesn't have. But WMP has some features that no one else has, and I became so addicted to them that I can't part with WMP. For one thing, when I minimize WMP, it becomes a little bar in the taskbar area, complete with play buttons and volumn control. The best part is, when the player is in this minimized state, I can control all the play functions with my ATI remote control. I don't know of any other players that can be controlled thusly when minimized. Additionally, WMP not only attach the proper tags to music files, it also rearranges them into folders and renames them. My music folder is so perfectly organized because of that.
