I believe that previous post from Florida was $50 dollars, not pounds, but still 50 bucks is awful high. If I am not mistaken, when on the Acer USA site a few days ago, I checked just for curiosity on the price of a restore disk for my 7720 and it was $19. third Part Support For Recovery Disks And Restore Disk
Well there are plenty of sites that have taken the mantle and pretty much support all the manuafactureres where they have left off. I used to work at Dell and there magin was 50 Pounds a box.. they hated support.. so all the driver sites tech supports sites sucj as this one.. are good! The manufactures love them becuase it outsources their tech support for free. We have many such sites that offer restore disks. but im not posting my links .. im sure you can find us if you need too.. nice site guys..

welcome to NBF - ACER only processes recovery CD order if the system model is being supported in the countries in question They will not cover all models Nothing can beat creating your own recovery CDs when first acquiring the system. cheers ...
