grooming step HOW LONG?!

hi peoples i ordered an ex7 on the 10th of jul and its been going by fast except this damn grooming part. its going on its second week sitting in the grooming stage which is the last step. im starting to doubt this company jus because the grooming step is taking so long. im guessing there running into problems with it. im thinking if it doesnt send out by next week im gonna cancel it. i hear about people who usually get their laptop late and run into problems with it afterword. i dont think ill be in the mood to run into problems after receiving something that doesnt run up to its reputation. have any of u been stuck on a step for almost 2 weeks. its starting to be ridiculous. by the way i have no paint scheme its the basic graphite accents. my shipping is also 3-4day air i believe

Did you get the dead pixel policy? Just wondering as this can make a difference in the grooming stage (if I remember the stage correctly). The last portion of my wait (this was before the stages), they were finding dead pixels on the screen and this was delaying it. Definitely a plus to the policy because I received an awesome screen.

That being said - if you have a concern, call either your sales rep or customer service to see what is going on. Always an option for you.

no dead pixel policy but i did get a back up dvd. i called 2 days ago and all they really told me is its in the last stage. im calling right now to check up on this...

log onto the hypersonic site with email and password for my account man other than that jus call them and give them ur order number

hey pat sent a note to u but i ended up doing another call and spoke to steve (great guy)

figured out the problem. they had a buncha people upgrading their video cards so i take that as no big deal and i understand people get held up. i was only concerned because if my system was running through with errors i being built i woulndt want them to send it to me with errors when i recieved it a week later

i think i hold the record in the longest grooming step wait lol
