Display Problems

I have an ibm A22M Type 2628. I don't know if there is a name, for the
problem with my display. But the picture can show u better than I can explain it.
Sometimes the display is normal, but most of the time it's like this.

Can you post a better and bigger pic? I can't tell from the photo is that is the top of the screen at the bottom, or if it is just that your task bar is raised up.

Also, before you post another pic, can you use an image for a background to help determine the background's relationship with respect to the the task bar.

I'm thinking that you might want to try to reseat your cables. Something might have worked itself loose.

Do you travel a lot with this system?

Theres a funky happening! First here and Check on Ext monitor be4 swapping any parts.. Also try booting into safe-mode and see if the mis-hap persists.. (Refresh rate error)..
