It's an ASUS. Yes, it's quite sturdy. And pretty, for that matter.

W3J best build quality ive seen yet.

Hey CKF,

The best bet would be the ASuS A8JM with 512mb of Dedicated memory for nvidia 7600.

usually it is said on the forums that x1600 is faster than 7600 due to the difference of 8 pipelines to 12. But Asus is taking pains putting money on promoting A8JM as the best portable gaming machine.

Even W3J and W7J are good. One is 13.3" while other is 14" with X1600.

check em out. They turn out to be better and cheapr than sony vaio or dell.

Just my two cents.

If you are already leaning towards the W3J, then I will not feel guilty giving you a nudge in that direction.
Before buying anything, make sure you read reviews and articles on it in order to get a good idea of what you are getting.
Just go to the Asus review section in these forums to read a couple of good opinions on the W3J.
Overall though, IMO it is a beautiful machine with great build qualiy that balances power and gaming ability with size.
But it may not meet your needs, so make sure you know what you are buying before you take the plunge.
