OK i installed halo and i went to open it it said something about how my computer was only 600mhz, and its a 1.4ghz m, please help me asap. thanks

Have you uninstalled Halo to see if your 8600 returns to normal? Halo is supposed to wreak havoc on computers due to its lousy code.

i dontknow if its halo or not but on my lappy will the fans turn on automatically when it gets hot cause i installed fangui and it said my cpu was to hot so could it be just playin games or just playin halo.

I've not used Fang, so I can't really comment on it. But, I've played lots of DX8 and DX9 based games and have had absolutely no heating problems at all. Have you noticed overheating with any other games?

no i dont know if its overheating or anything but i just played it at the highest i think it got was like 140 farenheit, is that bad, and i used speedswitch and have it on max performance, it could of just been that one feature i read about that lowers ur processing speed when ur doing little stuff i dont know
