delivery date

i ordered my xps m1210 on the 31 and the dell website says
Estimated Delivery Date is:8/9/06 does that mean i will get it on the ninth or will it ship on the ninth

You should get it on or before 8/9/06 but most likely 2 days before the ninth in your case.
