seablade, the issue wasn't around comparing beasts, it was the fact that both beasts are more viable when the OS trying to be virtualized or the software from a different OS is making direct hardware calls to the same hardware it was designed to run on (risc, cisc, x86, PPC, endianess, blah blah). as u know, how they accomlish the same task is different, the fact that they both benefit from being run on the hardware the respective softwares/OS were designed to run on, is not.
