AW m9700 de-RAID/re-RAID Tutorial?

I've been through this process once today, and I'm about to do it again. It's fairly simple, but I learned some things about the process of array-configuration and the use of Alienware Respawn, as well as Norton Ghost.

Is there any call for a tutorial on this? I'm going to take photos as I do it this next time, and if anybody thinks the tutorial would be useful to the community, I'll write it up and it could be stickied if it's actually useful.

Leave your opinions for me to see when I'm back from my trip to the brink of death! Ok, so that was a little overdramatic...

EDIT: I'm editing from another computer, just to say that the re-RAIDing process is quite a bit less pleasant than I'd hoped. All I'll say about it right now is that the Symantec Recovery Disk (boot disk that ships with SystemWorks) does not have the drivers to work with the semi-hardware RAID setup in the m9700. This causes problems. Lol.

Write it up anyways if you would. Things happen and people turn out needed to reconstruct a RAID array or reload windows and they usually don't plan on having to do so. It would be a great relief to me if I could find a reliable tutorial to guide me through this if I had just botched my installation of windows.
