Weird low pitched nise from M1210

There is a weird low pitched sound that comes from my M1210 whenever I plug it into the AC supply (No, It's not the fan)
It's not loud or anything to be irritating, but it is clearly discernible, and it seems to be coming from the top Left hand edge (the area below the Esc/Tilde Key)

It could be a leaky power capacitor for all I know ...

Could someone with a M1210 please let me know if they face this issue too, or is it just me who is facing this

my mobo makes sounds that sounds like multiple cat claws on a chalkboard at slightly different pitches when I connect to my steam account.

I had a similar thing with my d620.... dell changed the motherboard.

Dell changed the Mobo..Issue stands resolved
