is this an ok gpu?

Not really. It'll handle old games (like CS) fine, but I wouldn't recommend using it for CS:S/HL2, Doom3, FEAR, or any of the other fairly new games.

low to medium settings, it shouldnt be a problem!

I see no reason as to why you couldnt game on a card like that with conservative settings even in games like wow or BF2.

WoW...... is definately do-able, my friend plays that on his integrated GMA 900 or w/e Im not so sure about the whole BF2 tho, with my 6800ultra i can only get on with lowish setting :-(

pdonket. You've got a serious problem if your mobile 6800 Ultra can't play BF2 at anything more than low setting. Might want to see if you don't have something wrong with your system.

Well, on my alienware desktop, my ultra can go some into medium as i have now found out, but after that it starts laggin up a storm... i meant 6800go in general when i said low settings, my 6800go in my 9300 can just pull low, some med. settings....
