My 5550 has... SHIPPED!!

I'm so happy right now. I checked my order status this morning and I seriously almost had seizure when I saw that it had shipped. I was really close to cancelling my order since it's been over a month since my status has even moved. It will arrive on friday and once it's up and running you can expect a review.

A review and lots of photos would be much appreciated! Shots the the sides, back, front, underneith and the top closed and open would be great!

I like the new case, i think the ALIENWARE writing is missing on the front though, but i guess not everyone likes that, it still has the famous Alien Head though!

Ive got an M5500, had it for a good few months now. I was wondering when they would be installing the new core duo chips in the machines, looks like they are now shipping!

What was your spec? I would post pics and spec of mine, but dont want people to read it and think im talkign about the M5550.

Hehe I was just playing around.

Don't worry hammerhead... I will have a review up ASAP when I get it and it's going to be the best review AND the first review lol

Though I'm not sure about it being first anymore, mine was sent out first but I'm just a dumb Mainer that takes longer to get to and my status still shows that it just left Orlando and that was yesterday morning! I guess I can forget about getting it tomorrow lol. Friday is my actual ETA. Fedex also delivers about 15 minutes before I leave for work so I'm going to be at work if I get it Friday and its going to drag sooo slow when I just wanna play with my alien!

My m5750 arrived about an hour ago. Im typing on it right now. So far its awsome. Super quiet,fast,and doesnt get too hot. I read the file alienware left on the laptop about my benchmarks. They were 5,318 on 3dmark05 and it ran doom at 118 fps. Hope you guys love your laptops as much as im liking mine right now.

I seriously hope my computer gets here by tommorow because according to FedEx, it's in Orlando and if that is in fact the case, there's no way it's coming tommorow since I'm in northern Ohio.
