Xbox360 or PS3 to a laptop screen - a TV tuner??

A long time ago I tried to connect a PS1 to my TV tuner in my laptop with crappy results.

Now, the questions is: does anyone know if there is any TV-tuner-like gizmo that would allow you to connect your PS2, PS3 or Xbox360 to it and display the image on the computer screen, as if it was a TV tuner, but keeping the HDTV image quality??

IN other words: is there a HDTV USB tuner with a "video-in" feature?? I searched for HDTV tuners for computer and although I could find some, they were all made to actually watch TV: they had just the antenna-in jack and that is it...

Many have found that going thru a external tuner box thru USB or PCMCIA introduce Lags that makes a lot of action games hard to play.

Yeah, I know that.

Actually, the first time I tried I didn't get any lag, but the image quality was really bad, so it was of no use anyway...

Maybe there is market for such a thing???... I wonder...

I had that thing for a day and realized that for 360 it was too laggy. If you want a large window like your whole screen it won't work too well. It utilizes alot of your PC's processing power and works through USB I belive. But for some reason it was way too laggy for 360 when I used it. So I returned it and invested that 100 dollars into a nicer LCD for the 360 specfically. Probably a better investment in my opinion.

But I'm just trying to say that I don't belive full screen is going to work too well with that thing.
