XBOX 360 arcade? points? im not understanding.

OK first my friend told me that the Arcade was free, then he told me that the points are givin out to you when you pass certin acheavments and the points can be bought via gift card.

Can someone tell me what the real story? Is the arcade free? What are some diffrent ways that playres can get points and what all can players get with these points?

Nope, points are bought. a 1600 point card is like $20 at Best Buy.

yup, the arcade is free if you do trials, otherwise you have to buy the points

Yeah the only games worth buying are UNo, Geometry Wars, Marble Blast, and Street Fighter. Although Street Fighter is very difficult for some strange reason. I said UNO is good because for some reason Mulitplayer is actually very enjoyable, Very hard to explain why, but it's alot of fun. I just play those 5 games in my sig, and Halo 2. Still waiting for Halo 3.

you left off Frogger, Frogger is always a great game, although the narrow screen on the 360 is kinda annoying..
