As you can see everything went smoothly. My order was expected for delivery on August 3rd, but I received ita day early
. The notebook was boxed nicely, the computer came with the XP cd, user's manual and carrying case.
The notebook had no problem booting, and my XP was activated fine. It was a fresh install of XP Pro, the only other software was ATI catalyst control.
All and all I had a good experience with them; however, I did not have a chance to talk with customer service much.. as I did not need to. I did, however, call them before I ordered to ask for the dimensions of the notebook.
Before ordering I did not know about the website reseller ratings.. to my surprise I read alot of horror stories and was quite scared about my purchase, so I figured i'd write a good review of my experience if it turned out okay.
Although my experience with them has been good, I don't think i'll make a future purchase from them as if you have to send the computer in, it takes a long time for them to fix it and send it back. Also in the future i'll probably look for a longer warranty than 1 year.
