I was browsing some threads and people immediately started talking about "grey lines" and "noise". Dark corners and dead pixels I can notice (as well as light leakage) and that seems fine. I incidentally got Everest from a friend last night (LAN party...heh) and checked the specs - unknown motherboard, HDD running at 104 degrees.
So, which programs should I run to check out my notebook right when I get it? Some people were saying Potomac, but I have no clue what any of these programs are - I'm basically a big n00b. I plan on flashing the BIOS and reformatting soon, though, so the programs I run will just be for my benefit, I'm guessing.
Oh yeah, ran some Starcraft games for a few hours...played beautiful, but then again it is a ten year old game XD
