Dell Free Skin Offer Not Valid for EPP?

I just wasted an hour of my life trying to get one of the nincompoops over at Dell Customer Care/Home Purchase/Educational Purchase/Notebook Hardware/Student Purchase Support to tell me why my information won't register on www.dell.com/skins when I try to redeem the offer. I'm quite certain it's because I purchased my notebook through the Educational Purchase Program (EPP) but regardless, it doesn't say anywhere that EPP purchases are excluded - only that any Inspiron purchased between July 20 and August 30 is eligible.

How can I get my free skin???

same thing here...looks like we're out of luck.

you can pick one up on ebay, but will pay the price for it.

You wait and see. I'm making this my personal goal to twist someone's arm and get my skin. I know we qualify...it's not our fault they didn't specify whether it applies to EPP systems or not.

Give me a day or two. I'll have some good news. Don't worry.

Well...be sure to let me know how you do it. I tried strong-arming the Dell CSR on the phone, but they wouldn't budge.
