So my order is in phase 1... Again?

My oder was in phase 3 for over a week, and this morning, when I logged on to check its status, it is back on phase 1? What would cause this? I didn't make any changes to the order, I havn't even spoken to anyone since the PC was ordered. Sigh... I'm going to cry. I bet that means I lost my spot in the queue also.

try checking/refreshing phase page theres a glitch that shows system going back to phase 1

mine did the same so i phoned em up and magically it went back!

The phase 1 thing is a bug, if you see it just refresh a couple of times.

Hey at least it's movement...heh. I kinda like the bug..cause I can get a false sense of progress by watching it go from 1 to 3 over and over again. I'm beginning to think my elementary school teachers may have been wrong...there is nothing after 3

Yeah, it changed back to 3. Thanks guys, I would have had to cry myself to sleep tonight if it went back to 3.

But you know, now that I think about it, I had the Alienware tech change the price of my system. From the time I ordered it, it dropped in price $400. Though, I don' think changing the price would affect the order in line... At least I would hope not.
