vista cannot select 1680x1050 resolution

I just wanted to try the newest vista (5472) so I got it installed. I could only select up to 1400 resolution, so I went to the ATI website and got their Vista beta drivers for mobile vid cards... I still can only select up to 1400.

I really like the higher resolution.. anyone know how to fix this? I think it might be because of the drivers for the screen, not sure.

Anyone else have this problem? Or just suggestions?

try again. un.install the graphic device, use ATI cleaner (from their site), re.install the vista driver, stay away from the ccc (my personal recommendation)
