Puked on laptop, keyboard malfunctioning, help!

The other night I puked on my laptop after ingesting a questionable substance. Immediately I turned it off and cleaned the area. Now half the keys don't work. I tried plugging in another keyboard but some of the characters on that don't work either. Now what do I do?

Update: Ok now all the keys on the other keyboard are working for some reason.

Any estimates on how much a repair for my laptop keyboard will cost?

buy a new keyboard on ebay and install it yourself.. really not hard at all on most laptops..

My friend a while back had to get a new keyboard for his 5720v. He had spilled water on it and many of the keys died. The keyboard itself I think was about $50 ordered from sager. They ship it to you and it is very easy to install.

herm... im a little late but, was it just the keyboard? it can taken off then unscrew about 50 or so screws, take the rubber mat and the center membrane, out and let all of it soak in some water, clean it off, completely dry it and reassmeble. if it still dont work. im with k1tty.
