HP ze4560us doesn't see new hard drive..HELP!!!!!

I replaced the hard drive in my HP Pavilion ze4560us, I get an error message telling me to check the cables. I opened it up and checked the cables, they were fine. Am I missing something?? I have replaced hard drives in desktops and never had a problem Any help would be great.

The new drive is a direct replacement, the connections are all the same and it fits fine. The computer doesn't see it.

Um.. You Need to pull the block connector off the old drive on this model.. (Look at it close and apply to the new drive in the same config).. It'll work for you then. Hava good 1!
