Where: IRC (Internet Relay Chat) on the Dalnet IRC Network
How: http://www.mirc.co.uk download, install
Once Connected find your way back to the "status" window and type in the command /join #alienware
Additional Help:
1.) make sure to set the network to "Random Dalnet Server"
2.) if you have connection trouble try the following commands in the server window
/server jade.dal.net
/server mesra.dal.net
/server hotspeed.dal.net
