My lappy keeps turning off! Help zx5000

I got my laptop back in Aug. 04. Recently the battery wouldn't charge and then my PC would turn off unexpectly. So, I figure that the battery is dead which is understandable. I don't have any money to buy a new battery, so I took out the battery and run the computer from the AC adapter. However, my PC will still turn off after a while of running (maybe 2 hours of running). I don't understand, if the lappy is connected to the wall, there should be no problem, I just dont get why it keeps turning off. I better finish this post, I have a feeling the lappy will turn off any second now Please help.

DC/JACK/DC/JACK/DC/JACK.. Theres the issue.. Which CPU Chip? Int or Ath?
