Hmmm think about it they just raise the price on their machines. And sorry to say but honest consumers like me pay for it. Same with the in home compleate care people keep abuseing it and the protocalls will get strickter and make it harder for us to get hardware replaced when we have a legit problem. People who do this crap make me sick.
I think your issue is with Dell, not me.
I told them that I was displeased with the build quality and said that I was - more than likely - going to return it.
They countered with, not one, but two offers of a discount (10%, 20%) and I accepted.
Dell assessed the situation, determined what the turn-around cost on the outlet would be, and decided to take the loss at my end, not thiers.
And it most certainly is not fraud.
