3790 DVD burner replacement

Hi there everyone - been a while since this question was last asked/answered, and I have a feeling that all of the applicable models have changed, so I'll ask anew: What would be the best replacement DVD burner for the 3790? I know that my drive is bad, and I already requested warranty work from Toshiba (but of course, it's out of warranty), so I need to find a replacement - any suggestions? (oh, and if possible i'd really like to get a slot-loader, but that's not a big deal)

The Pioneer DVR-K16 ($69.99) accomidates all avaialable formats. The Pioneer DVDR-K06 ($71.99) is slot loading; however does not burn to DVD-R DL.
