Refresh Lines on 7900gs

I have a new e1705 with a 7900gs, 1gb ram, t2600, and when i play D3, i get these random "lines" on the screen when i move my mouse around fast, my guess is that they are refresh lines or somethin to do with anti-aliasing, its hard to explain what it looks like but if you've seen it you'll know what i mean, anyway to fix it? or to reduce them? thanks

set vsync on in ur nv driver control panel
