Changed my order

I orignally ordered a dv2000t and at the moment it's somewhere between China and USA. I went to best buy today and spent about 2 hours playing with the DV5000t and came to realize I like it better then the dv2000t for a whole lot of reasons.

So my question is should I just refuse delivery of the dv2000t or accept delivery and go through the whole RMA thing?

It's going to kill me to wait an extra week but in the end I will really have what I want and have no regrets.

TIP: If you haven't fiqured out if you're going to refuse or rma it, and you see a Fed-Ex truck... don't open the door. Otherwise you will be forced to make a on the spot decision.

I'd visit the website of whoever you bought it from, find out their polices.... whatever you do you need to do it QUICK as it only takes about 2 days to get from China.

My unit shipped on a Friday, 3:54pm, picked up AFTER the Fed-Ex cut off time for that day and arrrived on Monday morning by 8:30am.

Stupid me answered the door and I had to make a on the spot decision...

PS: If no-one responds to this thread you might want to run some searches to see how other people refused a shipment, the pro's and con's. Keep in mind when calling the vendor they will probally try to talk you into keeping the 2000... you might want to get your prices on what a 5000 will cost if they want to work out some kind of swap.

I ordered both models online from HP.I think maybe I'll call but if I remember correctly when I called last time to upgrade my proccessor they told me they couldn't as it was in production but I should just refuse shipment and place a new order.
