I have been having trouble with Windows Installer. It kept closing (or disappearing) when installing a program, so I could never install several programs.
I decided to format and re-install, but I first wanted to try a system repair (with the XP cd). It finished setup and rebooted, but every time it gets this message:
(solid blue background with white text)
Of course I'm going to contact Dell in the morning, but does this look like a case of bad RAM?
