Video chat/conference software

Just a question to all you out there as after some seaching I found that there were alot of webcam video conference softwares out there. I am looking for something for only 1 on 1 that boasts a video and not a slideshow from a camera image. Either something that caches video if it must. Anyway I tested a few of the free ones out there and they all had less than to be desired. So what do you guys use or think is a good program?

Thanks

Thanks, I checked it out but its strictly for mac. I need a win32 app as that is what everyone I know is using. I am hoping to find a decent peer 2 peer connection for video and audio. I am willing to pay for it. But all i see are generic claims for the same thing. And most only boast a different user interface. It ichat seems like a nice program though.

Thanks...

Im looking for something similar, but it needs to have support for firewire dv cams. I used to use teveo, and it worked great, supported firewire, and was super clear. You could just give the person you wanted to view you a addy like this http://yourip/guest.html And they would see you very clear. It worked through java, so they had to have that installed to view, but other than that no software was required of them. I used ventrilo for the voice side of it. I just think its silly with all the firewire dv cams out, that there is no software to support this. I mean 70% of new video cameras are dv now. And people dont constantly use their video cameras. I have mine on a tripod on my workstation. If I need to film something I just pop the latch, and film what I need, and put it back up there. Being able to zoom with a webcam is awesome. If anyone knows of any software out there, im missing let me know. Ive looked at the orange micro stuff btw, and it wont work how I need it. Ryan

Stop by www.orangemicro.com, they have software called webcamDV. Should make your DV camcorder work with any video software. Just need to be firewire usually.

[Edit: Missed the small print there. Why does it not fit your needs?]

Anything else for suggestions? A peer to peer connection using a webcam? Something that does a good job with audio and video?
