I second that. Also many of the sellers are not for real, they are scam artist that prey on thoose in need. Best time I have found to get great deals on the Dell outlet is between 2PM - 3:30PM Mountain Time. I'm not sure why Dell does it that way but they do. I found this out when I took a week off from work. Did my own research to see if was true and sure behold it was. That is how I was able to get my last two laptops for a really great deal. I hope this will help someone.
