Why my 3D mark03 scores are low ?

i just had my inspiron 8600 ...

the 1st thing i did is run a 3D mark test ..

my result is 1800

its inspiron 8600 , centreno 1.5 , 512 ram , 9600 Ati

i see some people here that scored 2800 .. !!

with notebooks close to myne !!
