You should make sure you have the latest Ubuntu, which is some cases can cure problems you may have with the OS detecting and correctly installing the drivers for your hardware. If you've done that, then you can always manually install the latest drivers for your WiFi, which I think is the Intel Pro Wireless 2200, or ipw2200. Just follow the instructions here;
http://doc.gwos.org/index.php/Install_ipw2200
Bluetooth depends on getting the right driver installed. Depending on your Ubuntu version, the bluez drivers may already be installed, and be the correct one for your HW. If using bluetooth is what you need, check out installing the Gnome bluetooth utilities, at;
http://doc.gwos.org/index.php/GnomeBlueTooth
to see if you need to have anything there installed. In terms of installing the latest nVidia driver for your 6800 you can follow this guide;
http://doc.gwos.org/index.php/Install_Nvidia_driver
and you should be set.
There are a lot of great MP3 players and utilities for Linux. You probably already have something installed that can play mp3s, which is called Rhythmbox. Don't forget to read up at;
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats
and remember to add mp3 support to Ubuntu, you need to;
Install the package gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly
I use a newer program called Listen, but feel free to experiment, (it's one of the best things about the Linux experience). Someone posting to the Ubuntu forums has started a new mp3 player called Exaile, which sounds pretty neat. Homepage is;

Check out the long Ubuntu forum thread on Exaile at;

Good Luck..
