Wow my alienware is cheaper than an hp

yeah i thought the hp (dv5000t) i was looking at would be cheaper than the alienware i ordered but i was wrong i just configured the hp to see how much money i would save and it came to $1,171.77 w/ the backpack and taxes my alien *m5550* (same config) came to $1,212 w/ backpack after the price drop!!! and before someone bashes me the vid card in the hp is an nvidia go 7400 and in my alien is an ATI Mobility Radeon X1400... which is better anyway???? well my alien should arive tom. I can't wait!!!!!!!

I don't know anything about the x1400, but the Nvidia 7600 is superior to the 7400.

I think the vid cards are comparable with no real difference.

BTW, nice price. Wish I got my m5550 for that. Ordered it a week before the price drop.
