My Alienware Sentia Review - Page 2

If I paid u to build this site you would be fired, IE is the most popular explorer in the world and your site doesnt display properly on it. The rest of the site might be great 4 all I know, but im not gunna scroll left to right and back again 80 or so times to read your review. Its not that your site is sloppy, its the design that is. I dont mean that as a put down either- more as constructive criticism. Sorry if it offended-

Lol... I understand what you are saying. I have not experianced what you are saying in any screen res Ive tried on several different monitors, IE and Mozilla, works fine for me. And you didnt pay me to design it, its for my personal corner of the web.

What Im saying to you is, get over it, move on! If it is hard for you to read the review, then dont. It might save this thread useless posts.

morpheus777, Thanks for sharing! The pro/con was unexpected. but very cool. The pictures were sharp. The Cyborg is one of my Alienware Favorites. I don't think the complaints about your site are meant to cause any hostility. archalien is most likely trying to give you a heads up about an ie issue having been discovered. Don't let it lead to anything other than a friendly "heads up" type of thing. What is the deal with Alienware Support being in your "Con" list? Sometimes you just need to find the right person you feel comfortable dealing with. Thanks Again.

Very sharp pictures on the site! I like the addition of benchmarks which I was not able to do yet on my Sentia. I look forward to a side-by-side with the Dell.

I plan on getting the Dell notebook benchmarks finished Tuesday, hopefully posted by the same day or Wednesday.

As far as the pro and con list, specifically the support point, my experiance was not any help. I kept getting shuffled, and not between the departments, just other members of the same department. When I finally got someone pinned down to answer a few questions, they were pretty defensive about the problems. I didn't need to argue about the build quality, I needed solutions.

Those are some nice pictures! My digital camera has taken well over 20,000 pictures and is starting to show some wear with how the pictures are coming out. Or maybe I am simply looking for a reason to upgrade my Canon s100 2.1 mega pixel cam, for the newer s400.

What camera did you take these with?

I didn't "yoink" it (nice word, I've got to start using it), but changed the URL a few months ago.

This link should work.
