Is it safe to buy and AW?

I don't live in the states currently and I'm anxious to get my hands on an a51m. Recently I've seen all the bad reviews AW's service got, machines going back and forth and still not working, bad customer service, holding for 30 minutes on the phone and stuff.
My question to those of you who did buy one, how do you feel the chances of getting yanked arround by AW are? Or : is it safe to buy an AW? I can't take the chance of getting a system that initially doesn't work. Shipping costs would be a terrible expence and being overseas, I can't barge into their offices and yell.

I have noticed Sager not to long ago, it seems like you're getting more features for less money with Sager. Am I correct? Is all the difference just a nicer package?

Thanks.

AFAIK, there is a AW office in the UK or Europe or somewhere...

Anyways, I think you'll find that overall AW is a good buy. Yes, your gonna have a chance of getting a system that has problems....but you get that with ANY company. Ive had no problems with phone tech support, and at least they arent subcontracted out to Mexico or somthing.

All in all, its your choice in the end...but I think AW is worth it.

its a crap shoot, latest stats say u have a 3 in 10 chance of haveing a bad experience, whereas a company like voodoo is less than 10% chance.
