i did a search on this and most of theards i found had an issue with the buzz noise coming when the cpu is idle. well mine is the exact opposite. the buzz noise comes only when i join any battlefield 2 server.
however i dont hear any noise during regular comp activity nor when i play Fear combat. BT is turned on. i tried the rightmark solution but no go. should i call dell up or is this a problem that can be easily fixed? i am going to try running 3dmark application to see if i hear any high pitched buzz noise coming out of my e1705
